Happy March! Things have been wonderfully busy... so this month, I suggest slowing down! Eat slowly, drive slowly, breathe slowly and hoop slowly! Come back to center with languid, deliberate movements and explore the power of stillness. While hooping, hold reflective poses. I am enchanted with the Zooms for this type of transformative dancing... come play with me while I teach how to use them at Flow, the Northwest Hoop Gathering April 10-12.
