Greetings!
Happy New Year! I invite you to join me in creating a beautiful body temple this year! Remember, every day is a fresh new beginning. I've been going back to basics with 40 minute hoop sessions on my waist only, using a big, heavy Warrior Princess. It feels like being a beginner again and I love it. I'm also doing the 21 Day Detox right now and it is transforming my body and my mind!
In other news... I'm finishing up editing on Hoopdance Evolution, vol. 1. It has been so exciting. I love the beautiful music and sumptuous costumes! I've also been a busy bee finalizing the Level 3 Teacher Training material with my fellow Master Trainer, Candice Schutter. It is so exciting to create classes which nurture the spirit!

 I am SO excited to share the Level 3 HoopGirl Teacher Training! This program explores the "spirit" in the mind-body-spirit evolution. Trainees are taught how to teach advanced moves, facilitate ecstatic hoop journeys, lead laughter exercises, utilize advanced teaching tools, access intuitive guidance and much, much more. Candice Shutter is collaborating with me in developing the material and will be co-teaching the initial February training!
