HoopGirl Hiring a New Office Manager/Executive Assistant!

multitasking-1.jpgAfter 2 years of amazing help, our dear Annie is moving on to focus on performance, teaching and costume-making full time! This means that HoopGirl urgently needs an amazing new office manager/executive assistant to work monday, wednesday and friday from 9-5. We seek someone who wants to grow with our company over the next few years.

We seek an organization guru! Your have significant administrative and sales experience, outstanding communication skills and a passion for detail. Mac, multi-tasking and people skilz a must. Must be able to self-manage and work well independently. You love creating newer, better ways to be more efficient and always complete tasks on time! Love of hooping a plus! You are positive and upbeat.

Pay starts at $13.50 per hour and goes up to $15 per hour after a one month performance review. Unlimited free hoop classes on a space available basis. Must have car and phone. Office is in San Francisco in Bayshore.
