Next I got into my breathing meditation and focus on my surroundings. This special place is surrounded by crystals which amplify energetic sensations.The smell of tropical flowers fills my nose and sweetens my breath. I can feel the living green energy of nature beings surrounding me with love, infusing my body and mind with deep healing and connection. I soften my gaze and let my imagination loose… visualizing fairies and nature beings. My heart opens! They speak to me and I see all the magical details of their ethereal bodies… The colors and shapes of the tropical flowers everywhere are intoxicating – purples, reds, yellows and pinks. The shape of the blossoms is sumptuously feminine and exotic. Unusual bird calls echo through the tress and the sun moves across my skin with shadows as the tree branches rustle overhead. A Venusian goddess statue and a circle of flat, perfectly round river rocks creates a central area of bare earth in the tree grotto. There is the tinkling of a hanging seashell and bamboo windchimes blowing in the breeze. There are thick leaved trees surrounding me, a warm breeze, and a sense of paradise. I close with some prayer to the Universal Source, speaking aloud in wonderful poetic words which feel quite yummy to say.

Afterwards, I grab my sac and walk through the mountainous jungle foliage, communing with nature. I cross through a mysterious and magical bamboo forest back into the jungle. I wear hiking sandles which give me a sense of rugged connection to the ground, as I easily traverse inclines. The views are spectacular! The sun shining through the trees makes me feel giddy! I love the heat! I receive clear communication from plants which I pass, and I stop to listen to them frequently. My whole body feels electric and angelically attuned. Sometimes I speak aloud while I walk, asking questions of my guides and listening to my senses for esoteric symbols and other cellular infusions of information. This morning hike invigorates me. I sweat and enjoy my strong muscles and lean body. My walk ends as the path opens up, out of the tress and onto white, powdery, crystalline sand. Ahead of me is the sparkling ocean! I feel refreshed just from sight of the liquid expanse…. I gasp in awe realizing there is even a rainbow in the sky, beginning just over the ridge and connecting over the horizon!

I sit on the sand for a moment and breathe in the sight. I am so thankful! The water rolls up onto the sand with a wonderfully soothing sound. The colors are electric! I grab my snorkeling gear from my sac and wade into the lagoon, protected from the open sea, into warm calm waters which smell of salt. Dolphin friends swim nearby and approach me playfully, coaxing me into deeper waters with their antics. I swim with them in formation for a while, joining the pod and feeling their sonar pulse through my body with clicks and calls which quicken my cleansing, healing … bliss! They transmit geometric symbols into my mind’s eye which exude color and sound. I feel lifetimes, letting go, emotion….

I feel giddy in their presence! They are so big and animated and move very quickly, but when I slow down they also slow down and wait for me. I dive down and swim with them for a while, then surface again, using my legs like a giant mermaid tail. They are so responsive! I speak to them without words and open my senses to hear what they say in response. I pray for the healing of the earth and the ocean together in the water, and I hear their singsong sounds echo all around me. Are they praying with me?

In my imagination, the dolphins tell me that they are angelic beings who subsist on the energy of joy and that play. They love pleasure and affection as their forms of prayer. They soothe my heart with rainbow colored emanations of sound which pulsate and surround my entire body in luminescent, geometric symbols. My DNA unfurls… activation… 12 strands awakening…I move into a waking dream with them where the dolphins teach me ancient secrets about Atlantis and beings from other planets and galaxies… the transmissions are fast, unconscious, magical. The register only as a feeling of bliss in my body… but I don’t know why. Each gorgeous swimmer is surrounded by their own bright, shining underwater angelic sprite-like magical being. Who knew, but even dolphins have guardian angels! I love softening my gaze and letting these visions come to me…

I emerge from the water after an hour long morning swim and collapse on the beach. I feel so happy, but also a bit tired from the vigorous swimming and telepathic communication. The sun beats on my dark skin feels delicious. I reach into my sac for a towel and slather on some coconut based protective butter. My skin glistens with moisture. It smells delicious. I pull out my water bottle and guzzle, then lay back to rest. Breathing deeply, eyes closed, I stretch out and relax. After my mini siesta, I walk up to my fabulous home, which overlooks the ocean with spectacular views and intoxicating colors.

I eat a wonderful assortment of exotic tropical fruits native to this place. The flavors are so delicious that they make my tounge tingle! The shapes and textures of the fruits are mesmerize me with their organic beauty. I drink green nutritive elixirs and nourish my body thoroughly.

Next I wash off. Some days I like to use the outdoor shower or tub, so I can continue to contemplate outside, and some days I use the indoor shower or tub. There is a sense of timelessness. Each moment seems to shimmer as a precious gift. I feel incredibly alive.

I immerse myself in creativity for the next portion of the day. I take the messages I received during meditation, play, prayer and dolphin swimming and record it in images, guided visualizations, magical art pieces and writing. This is my sacred work.. the transmission of channeled messages of light and love, for empowerment, fun and joy. Incredible! What a blessing! I relax, let go, feel, receive and share. I am clear that I am here to serve humanity –help everyone around me realize we all have a divine life mission. To remind everyone of the miracles which surround us daily -- simply by walking my own path, enjoying it so much and sharing the process. My creative projects circulate around the world and millions smile, breathe deeper and enjoy what I have to share. While I do this work-play of creating, by my side is my live angel Chuhuahua whom I call, “Twinkle”. So adorable! She sits there curled up in her own orb of bliss. Her mere presence reminds me to connect with joy in every moment. She is incredibly affectionate, loving and playful.. but also a little Buddha guide as well.

Once a week I spend about 90 minutes checking in with my other businesses to make sure they are all running smoothly and well managed by the brilliant people who support my success. I confirm whatever travel I have upcoming for presentations and engagements and answer the few inquires which have been sent on to me from my staff. I love how amazingly efficient and reliable and professional they all are! Their devotion to doing the best they can allows me so much free time for my own creative work. I am delighted to see how our income has expanded exponentially over the years from pursuing our passions… life is sweet!

The next part of the day is spent nourishing myself again with whole raw foods and loving companionship. What I love about my husband is how unconditionally loving he is. His eyes are always sparkling and he always has something good to say about everything. He is so happy! He always orients me to see the positive in any situation and his contagious laughter is full of open-hearted appreciation for life. He is a miracle maker and a miracle tracker. He is spiritually open and committed to lifelong growth and transformation to embrace his highest potential in this lifetime. He takes total responsibility for his own sense of success and happiness and always has an abundance of everything to share. I also love that he is so commited to expanding his own sense of connection to the Divine because he has lots of insightful and exciting esoteric ideas to share with me. The fact that we are both so passionate about island living, raw foods, health building, radiance, spiritual growth, art, dance, music, love and play is amazing. I love how humble and completely trustworthy he is and how much he gently encourages me to let go of my own ego and rise to a higher level of understanding and right action, but in a super mellow and easygoing way. I love that I can share anything with him and that I feel totally safe, heard and supported. Of course, I love that we are so close in age and that he is ravishingly gorgeous and an incredible lover too!!!

I come together with my husband and we enjoy preparing food together and playing together for several hours. Some days we go snorkeling. Others we go scuba diving. Sometimes we row out in a sea kyak. Others we lounge and fish while reading in a hammock. We get into tickle matches and roll around and kiss lots, like kids. We naturally come together and enjoy time together... then we separate while I dance and hoop, feeling my own moving meditation, while he does his agility exercises on the beach...I love how we both constantly nourish ourselves with restorative practices! Sometime we both just hang out in hammocks side by side, reading. Sometimes we stroll into town and just hang out with all the wonderful people in the community, or take a yoga or dance class. I am constantly inspired by all the artists who surround us, capturing the magic and beauty of the land in images. We take time and talk about the art we see, what aspects we appreciate... it gives us a lot to appreciate together. It is a deep, quiet, loving connection my husband and I have... even without words or contact. We share our creative insights with each and inspire eachother to trust own process more. He shares his own insights and rewards from his own work with me and I feel richer for his devotion to his own passion…. beautiful balance... we have together time and alone time, each of us connecting one-on-one with our own friends as well. I take time every day to reach out to close friends and stay in touch, in person and on the phone and computer... I love my circle of friends, who are each so incredibly talented and inspiring! I am absolutely blessed to be surrounded by so many love-visionaries and joyous leaders!
