There were about 200 or 300 people there and the day went back and forth between spoken presentation by Sonia, spontaneous energy readings on participants by Sonia, interactve exercises, readings by her channeled guides for people, and concluded with what I felt was the juciest part, 10 minutes of Sonia channelling her lightbeing guides in a message for the whole group, Joachim and the Emissaries of the Third Ray.

The wonderful thing about Sonia is that she is so REAL. She is not some fluffy, soft spoken, newage guru. She is all about demystifying her own psychic skills and empowering everyone to realize and activiate their own (oftentimes) dormant skills. She is a beautiful Romanian woman with a deep gaze which really *holds* you and takes you in, as a person. She smiles and hugs you sincerely with ease, and she radiates joy.

Her mission is to help turn the tide of humanity from being 5 sensory beings to 6 sensory beings -- basically shifting from being motivated by fear and the ego and a sense of being alone to being motivated by love, spirit and a sense of connection to all things. She suggests that making this big shift can be done by "doing something different which to play to our edges" . Something that helps you let go of control, breathe deeply and move - like hula hooping! I had a smile ear to ear when she said this, of course.

She frequently got us up on our feet and had us shake our hips, gyrate and dance to "bring our spirit back into our bodies", and help quicken the process of intuitive awakening. She even had a live musican there doing music who started singing about hula hooping while we were gyrating. I have to say, it was quite amazing to be with such an incredible visionary of consciousness who created a BRIDGE for me to understand how my interests in hooping could evolve to include intuitive arts/channelling. It isn't that I seek approval from outside myself for these progressions, but it certianly feels great to have someone I admire *see*, fully understand and legitimize the connection using sophisticated languaging. On the way to lunch I caught her in the hallway and introduced myself and shared my delight at her use of the hoop, and I had a quick but fabulous connection with her!

It was interesting to hear her speak of the charge that surrounds the word psychic, when all it literally means is, "I see you". She had people from the audience get on stage who wanted to ask her a question and before they even asked, she had us all energetically scan them and throw out words which described where they were at ... it was amazing to see how many impressions I had which actually were spot on! Then she went on to scan them and explain to us how she was looking at them, and talk them through making a shift in self perception, often in a way which involved them using afffirmative languaging, dancing or singing.

A great idea she spoke about was embracing an "I don't know" attitude, letting go of the need to control understanding how miraculous things could happen in life by letting go fully (hence hooping!). Once you get into this high energy, ecstatic place of joy, you stop and visualize exactly what you want to bring in to your life. Yes~ I have used this technique many times with 15 minute miracle!

She spoke of joy being the frequency of Spirit, emphasizing the need to shift our own vibration up several notches to maintain this high resonance. Interestingly enough, she said LAUGHTER is the language of spirit -- this carries the same energetic! How true, how true! I love that I have been feeling the same connections...

She mentioned how is it common for 5 sensories to "buddy up" with 6 sensories in relationships, to help uplift eachother's vibration -- which was interesting to hear since I have been challenged by the different wavelengths in my own at times...She said it is work because it is a spiritual practice! That it takes time to build up our joy muscles and that if it doesn't push our edges, we are not growing.

Sonia encouraged us to avoid using what she calls, "stink eye", when you look at what is wrong with someone instead of thier light. That using stink eye is insulting the God which is in both ourselves and the other person.. again and again coming back to the idea that there is no "them" outside of ourselves... only us! Again and again she said, WITNESS THE SPIRIT IN OTHERS. She suggested we forgive, that is, give up all hope that the past could have been different and accept the gift. Forget asking "what is the right thing to do?" and instead ask, "what *feels* true for me right now, in this moment?"

We did the exercise which I did before in the angel workshop, "if I wasn't afriad I would..." continuously for 5 minutes with a partner who witnessed and then switched. It was really interesting to do it with my mom and hear what she shared and to share with her... special moments indeed!

The day concluded with her channeling. It was awesome because I wasn't expecting this, and I have said before I have never been at a live channeling of a lightbeing. Also because, though I love her ideas, I did feel as if some of the basics about movement have already been absorbed into my lifestyle.. my edges right now are at this much higher vibration work (though of course I am still working on all the basics, as I think is a lifetime journey). She prefaced the channeling by explaining to those who had no idea of what was about to happen was that she would let a non-physical being of light speak through her who has never been embodied. She explained the spiritual world in terms of humanity incarnated on earth, those who have just passed over who are available as spirits before they move on to the next realm, angels who are messengers and guides for humanity, and then these more fine etheric realms of beings, often from other places such as the Pleiades, who's role it is help humanity as a whole shift and of course Creator energy which holds us all.

She sat down (for the first time all day! She had been an incredibly articulate, expessive, spirited dynamo up until then). And suddenly her whole body took on an incredible stillness. After a few minutes, she lifted up her right hand and had her palm facing the crowd, moving very slowly right and left to face the whole audience while she spoke. Her words were delicate, slow and a bit otherworldly. They introduced themselves as Joachim and the Emissaries of the Third Ray and thanked us for inviting them to speak. They said that that they had a very important message for humanity, that it is time to shift from the vibration of fear to the vibration of love. That the grid of the Earth is changing and can no longer hold the energy of fear. That it is time to activate the heart chakra and 12 strands of human DNA to make this shift. They spoke through Sonia to say that they would then send us a pulse of energy to accelerate this process for us, and the continued to move her hand back and forth across the crowd for a moment. Then they thanked us for inviting them and it was over.

What a fun day. For me, I realized I have strong interests emerging in the direction of DNA activation, channelling and lightbeings.. and I feel called to check out more events and resources along those lines.

Last synchronicity. I was waiting in line for her to sign my book and her staff went into the center of the room and put down a whole stack of other books to give away. I went over and picked up a copy of "the Pychic Pathway", which several people have recommended to me but for whatever reason whenever I pick it up, it has not resonanted so I didn't want to buy it. Picking it up for free was a sweet gift! An amazing day full of gifts from start to finish. Thank you!
