Started the day of with a bubble bath, candles, essential oils and flower essences in a lovely bath! It felt so warm and nurturing. I highly recommend it. It washed away a lot. These morning meditation and writing practices have felt like the best gift I have given to myself in a l-o-n-g time. I almost feel as if I have been completely re-wiring myself. Although it has taken some of my daily hoop practice time (it is hard to do it all!) for the moment it feels really good. I am so grateful for this wonderful sense of awareness and peace coming into my life. Here goes...

Today, Wednesday August 15, 2007, is a clean slate for me to enjoy. As long as I can CHOOSE my thoughts, I can CHOOSE what I attract and create in my life. Starting today, it is my ongoing intention to find effective and gentle ways to stay fully connected with Source, 24 hours a day, seven day a week, three hundred and sixtty five days per year!

I appreciate my husband Kramer so much because he is so emotionally available, centered and loving. I am so grateful my mom is such a big part of my life now because she is opening up my heart and awareness so much more. I am so grateful for my dedication to meditate daily because it is allowing me to achieve a sense of balance, peace and connection. I love all the wonderful music and spoken words I have in my music collection! What a gift to have such a diverse tapestry of inspiration at any moment! I am grateful all the clean, pure water I have had this morning to drink and bathe in because water is such a wonderful free gift of healing! Thank you for the opportunity to meet my lovely friends Jasmine and Carlos for lunch because it will be sweet on my heart to connected with loved ones. I am so gratefyl to be a part of such a fun camp this year at Burning Man because it will be a joy to share space with such inspiring visionaries. As always, I am SO grateful for Jacquelyn Aldanda because her passionate writings and workshop are bringing so much magical luminosity into my life. I am grateful to my friend Beth and her daughter Ericka for their strong mother-daughter connection which I saw in a photo recently because it reminds me of the power of love, family and nature. I am grateful for my new friend Bridget for rekindling an interest in the angelic realm because that awareness is lifting my spirits and putting a smile on my face. Thank you for my wonderful genius enginner, Joel, who is helping me make my dreams a reality because I love feeling the power of faith which he has given me. I am so grateful for the first beams of sunlight shining into this room through the fog! I love the warmth and brightness of the sun because it makes me feel happy. Yes to the sun!

I love it when I feel radiant. When I feel this way, I am full of peace, wellbeing and vitality, which makes it easier for me to move from my heart. I love feeling radiant because it makes me feel as if my whole body is shining with beautifully colored light and good energy.

I now have all the resources I need to manifest and share my dreams with the world in a way which is empowering, joyful and wonderfully successful.

I now have enough time to prepare wonderful raw (and occassionally cooked) meals alone and with Kramer which are fun, delicious and easy.

I have now completely delegated all activities which are not my genius to others and have time to focus exclusivly on my creative passions.

I am thrilled with our new wonderful, sunny, house! I love how spacious it is, I love the magical backyard grotto we have created, the meditation cottage and how it allows both Kramer and I to relax, be inspired and beautifully sheltered.

I love how easily I manifest creative new projects which inspire me and provide and sense of wholeness and abundance.

I love the magical journies we are taking to Peru, Thailand, Costa Rica, Bali, and all over Hawaiian Islands! I love that I journey to each new location with a specific purpose and experience such profound relaxation, inspiration and spiritual connection. I feel so blessed!

I enjoy all the wonderful miracles that continually reveal themselves in my life!

I love the total trust and peace I feel within.

l love that our financial needs are beyond met and we can focus on creative projects to bring more radiance and wellness into the world.

I love how nourished and light my body feels since I am drinking so much water and eating so many raw foods!

I now invite assistance from the Loving Power that dwells within me and All of Life Everywhere. Dear Infinite Loving Power and ALL who walk with me in Light and Love, Thank you for your perfect guidance, unconditional love and ongoing support. If it is in the highest good for me and all of Life Everywhere, please divinely orchestrate the following in just the perfect time.

Please saturate every aspect of my life with radiant joy and wellness!

Please allow me to release and let go of outdated beliefs and ways of acting so I can make room for healthy new ways of being.

Please allow me to experience positive transformation and the perfect time through joy and ease.
