What a gorgeous day! Blue skies! I'll bet the sun will come out and shine brightly today as well. I just did my morning meditation... I've been working on the "Millennium Journeys" Volumber 1, called "Increasing Your Inner Light" this week (guided visualizations from www.orindaben.com). It is amazing how taking the time to sit among my plants and just breathe and contemplate is bringing so much serenity to my life. I really feel like I would one day like to do every single guided mediataion by Orin... I've used them over the years at various moments and always find them so authentic and awakening!

Okay.. onto the goodness...

Today, Friday August 17, 2007 is a clean slate for me to enjoy! As long as I can CHOOSE my thoughts, I can CHOOSE what I attract and create in my life. Starting today, it is my ongoing intention to find measurable and fun ways to achieve my goals in ways that defy logical explanation!

I appreciate my strong body because it has a wonderful shape and provdies me with feel-good sensations and allows me to do anything I want. I love my diverse library of inspiring resources because they can instantly shift my awareness and allow more expansion. I enjoy having such fun art in our apartment because it brightens my day and the vivid colors uplift my spirits. I am so grateful for sunlight because it warms my body and my soul. Thank you for the gift of having a beautiful loving husband who is also a dj because his passion for music feeds my passion for dance! I appreciate that Kramer and I share a love for Burning Man and the ability to let eachother have fun in ways which are of our own choosing. I love all my fun costumes for Burning Man because they provide a comfortable way to feel festive. I really love that my right foot is feeling healthy and strong again because this allows me to walk and dance as much as I like! Thank you! I love my right foot!

I love it when I feel humorous. When I feel this way I finf myself laughing uncontrollably, which makes it easier for me to lightenup, be playful and enjoy the moment.

I now take time to laugh every day and feel full of lightness and peace.

My life is just a series a miracles, one right after the next!

Because my work is so much fun, I feel as if I am playing 100% of the time!

I now have enough financial resources to make all my decisions based soley on desire.

My business has reached an amazingly high level of efficiency, focus, organization and profitability which allows me much more free time.

I am having fun making new sensational raw food delicacies which are tantalizingly delicious!

I am so appreciative of all the wonderfully positive role models which surround me!

I love all the restorative time I am spending in nature, enjoing hikes in the mountains, shimmering waterfalls and the ocean!

I now feel completely balanced, blessed and blissed! Thank you!
