The world truely is a mircaulous place. I think back to last week and the emotional upheaval I was in and realize it was that very challenge which led me to go seek resources for myself at East-West Bookstore, which is where I found "The 15 Minute Miracle Revealed", out of which fell into my lap while reading it - the flier for this weekend's workshop which I am now at! I would not be surrounded by this group of joyful revolutionaries if it wasn't for that challenge! Life truely works in mysterious ways. I am so grateful for the hidden gifts in everything.

Today's workshop practices were even more fun than yesterday and worked with restructuring our beliefs through conscious languaging practices. We went through an entire workbook of insightful exercises and were able to learn a lot from witnessing eachother restate our truths in more empowering ways. Any skepticism I felt yesterday about my ability to truely shift my reality evaporated today when I felt real shifts take place, and rapidly. Jacqueln walks her talk and holds a true storehouse of knowledge and inspiration. This woman is truely guided by a higher force in sharing her work and I feel so blessed to be here. Thank God I came! I realize I never would have gotten to work with this material as deeply alone as I am able in a group setting. It was also really sweet that Jacqueln invited me to lead hooping breaks each day to get people on their feet and into their bodies ... that has generated some abundance which is paying for my even being here. I love it when things work out perfectly. It's just the story of my life! I also really appreciate meeting the inspiring women here as well, especially at a time when I feel ready to seek out spiritually likeminded friends to share inspiration and beautiful soulful connections. Thank you thank you thank you! I love my life. Off to meditate and then sleep like a baby.
