I'm am SO excited for Burning Man! Last year was epic and beautiful in it's own way, getting married and so surreal.. but this year feels like a blossom where I can just relax and enjoy the divine carpet ride! Since we arrriving the friday before Burning Man starts so Kramer can help build Deep End, I will have two and a half days to enjoy the desert to reflect, energetically prepare and commune with my hoop. This year, I intend to bring highly nourishing foods, with an emphasis on raw and juicey! I also intend to bring lots of dehydrated kale chips and other dehydrated veggie wonders. This year, I am specifically going to Burning Man to connect with likeminded friends who share the same passions and values, to reach an equisite level of blissful hoop communion, to experience One-ness in dancing and to experience spiritual insights and connection. YES! I am so excited! I think the excitement really amplified for me when I got some costumes yesterday and started organizing my stuff. Today, Thursday August 16 2007, is a clean slate for me to enjoy. As long as I can CHOOSE my thoughts, I can CHOOSE what I attract and create in my life. Starting today, my ongoing intention is to find fun ways to let the act of allowing others to be who they are to deepen my own spiritual connection. In other words, I intend that the act of allowing becomes a catalyst for my own radiance and sense of wholeness!

I am so grateful for the internet! What a spectacular source of inspiration, connection and information and I feel so lucky to benefit from instant communication with anyone around thw world. I am so happy to have my wonderful soft bathrobe to keep me warm and cozy while writing this. I am grateful for the wonderful aroma of cinnamon coming from the candle burning right now. I am so appreciative of all the photo artists who surround me, particularly Patrick Roddie who recently took some very insiring pictures of me! Thank you. I am so blessed to be living in San Francisco because it exposes me to so many inspiring artists and teaches me so much through contrast. I am glad that my mom Athena has stepped into my life so deeply because she is reminding me of the importance of family. I am thankful for all my wonderful friends and all the wonderful new friends coming into my life because they teach me how to soften my heart and be playful. Thank you for my food dehyratoer! It is such a spectacular machine. I am also so glad to have a vitamixer since it allows me to easily blend healthy delicious beverages.

I love it when I feel rejuvenated. When I feel this way, I am full of energy, enthusiasm and joy, which makes it easier to be in the moment and enjoy life.

I now make money while I am asleep in larger and larger amounts!

I now enjoy delicious raw foods of all colors, flavors and textures which bring light and nourishment to all my body's cells.

I now enjoy lots of free time to read whatever delights me, practice yoga, hooping and dance.

I now enjoy getting wonderful massages and other healing bodywork every week which helps my body reach a high level of wellness and vitality.

I enjoy long, leisurely walks through beautiful natural places which impart a sense of wonder, peace and wholeness.

I immerse my body in warm, crystal blue tropical waters and swim with dolphins who surround my whole body in a field of love.

I regularly co-create with inspiring geniuses who open my mind and allow me to experience exciting, positive opportunities.

Following my own passionate impulses helps me step onto my life path in a deeper way as I am magically led to do the perfect things at just the perfect times.

I have fun, giggle, play and laugh all the time!

I now feel empowered, energized and able!
