Things are so accelerated! It was an amazing show. I flew all the way back to New York, got to the hotel at 10pm, got up at 6am their time and was on the show at 9, flew right back here to drove straight to an AllStars rehersal afterwards. I felt so calm and present, it was great! You can watch it here:

But also, I had so much more to say. I wanted to tell about hooping and sensual empowerment for women, hooping and building connections between the physical body, emotional body and spirit and so much more.... how spectacular it feels to be caught in the moment of high intensity hoopdance, as if you are plugged into pure Source energy .. what a rush it is to reach a peak hooping experience, what I like to call "Hoopgasm"... how hooping can open up all of your senses, your intuition, ability to love yourself and enjoy pleasure. It made me realize I need to update my site to be more informative! Working on that...
All of this success has been exhilerating, but also so fast. Hundreds of emails have been pouring in and I am delighted that so many people are getting turned on to hoopdance. I'm bringing two more people onto staff and absoluetly MUST focus on manufacturing the hoop so we can meet the growing demand.
I'm here in San Francisco for two days, catching up with my husband, friends, dental apt and work for a bit then off to Portland to hang out with my hoopy sisters Jasmine and Candice.
I feel so grateful that hooping has brought so many radiant, inspiring goddesses into my life!
Reading some great books right now. Present Moment, Wonderful Moment by Thich Nhat Hanh and Way to Wealth by Brian Tracy. So much to learn on so many fronts! I feel like a sponge ready to absorb...
Had some wonderful present moment experiences today... walking by the Golden Gate Bridge and watching lots of dogs run around, farmer's market by the Ferry Building and sampling lots of organic yummies, unpacking my long awaited Excalibur dehydrator and feeling a bit baffled by it's complexity, an amazingly brilliant orange sunset while walking with Kramer, back from the bookstore tonight... and now off to make us dinner. While I prefer raw foods, I realize that to share meaningful meals with my love, I do need to eat some cooked fare. So I'm making fresh organic shitake mushrooms, greens and tofu. It should be yummy!
Thank you Divine Source for all the simple wonderful pleasures in life. Each new day of 24 hours is so full of possibilities and miracles. I am so excited to be on this soulful life path of awakening and ecstatic celebration! Thank you!
