Last night I made this amazing pesto which I put on some organic black quinoa from the bulk section at Rainbow Grocery... it was amazing!!!

Super Pesto
Three big handfuls of organic basil
super splash of extra virgin olive oil
juice from 1/2 organic lemon
2 cloves garlic
1.5 cups organic raw hulled hempseed
1/2 teaspoon salt

I booked a bunkbed at Wilbur Hot Springs for myself too! I'm going to go find a super book to bring and bubble a few days away in the woods to come back to center. I'm so excited! Sometimes when you have a life partner, you wait on doing things until they want to as well.. I'm so glad to take some time for me!!!
