Here are some exercises I am working on today:
1. Vertical isolations, alternating from squatting down low to standing. when standing, try lifting alternate knees high and extending opposite hand out
2. Chest rolls to warrior and around body swirls. At end of chest roll raise knee opposite diagonally to accentuate movement.
3.Punctuated stop from vertical hooping to horizontal, break and beginning -- working on transitions between vertical and horizontal hooping. Double break -- stopping vertically on left side of body down from warrior then moving diagonally across to flat plane and hard break sideways back other way
4. Swirling while holding hoop overhead and then lowering down over body while turning fast so it looks like it is levitating down, transitioning around shoulder to one hand only
5. Float up with backwards head lean, horizontal vertical, wildwest to jump in to many rapid up and down corkscrews, alternating hands on the up and down, on upward swoosh try lifting a leg
6. Holding hoop overhead while turning with head leaning back
7. Lots of alternating levels, from horizontal lasso to overhead to around body to corkscrews over and over again
8. Taking steps while doing corkscrews lifting legs high alternatly to leaning forward with horizontal lasso low
9. Alternating one arm and hand up to head then other, while opposite hand goes to waist while lifting one leg then other
10. Transition from warrior 3, prayer pose, horizontal lasso, overback swing, around the body
11. Hooping around shoulders to stop with hand and push to alternate direction in flow
12. Vertical lasso with alternating leg lifts
13. Vertical lasso with one hand and then whole body twist turn over to back to facing forward three times in a row with small pause between (turn torso flat up to cieling)
14. one handed form highslow angular stall holding hoop moving around body, corkcrew, to horizontal lasso, around body to side ways hoop frame while turning to corkscrew
