Day 2 on the 21daydetox.com diet! Here's what's cookin for dinner:
Detox Soup
handful dandelion greens
handful arugala
handful kale
1 red pepper
1 large carrot
1 handful fresh parsley
6 leaves fresh sage
1 stem fresh rosemary
1 large chunk purple cabbage
1 bag dehydtaed wild mushrooms
1 handful sundried tomatoes
1 red onion
1 cup red lentils
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. dehydrated garlic
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. thyme
1 tbsp. basil
1 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. chili peppers
6 cups water
Sautee garlic, onions and red lentils for a while. Add water. Add other ingredients as you finish chopping them until it comes to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 1 hour. I'll let you know what else I add once I taste it!
