Creator, thank you for flooding my enitre body with a healthy, nourishing warmth! I feel totally comfortable with my body in the weather here. My skin is flourishing. My nose is warm. My feet feel fantastically warm. My hands are warm. My arms are warm. My neck is warm. I fall asleep warm and I wake up warm. When I get out of bed I am warm. When I get out of the shower I am warm. Throughout every day, I feel a core warmth keeping my body comfortable and nourished.
I love being outside because the weather is great! The warmth feels like a secure blanket on my skin and body keeping me totally safe. The warmth I feel at all times makes me feel open and happy. I have a radiant healing rays of sunlight on my skin at all times. Even if I cannot see the sun, it is pouring warmth upon my body. My positive outlook is constantly nourished by the sun. My body is a peak levels of health and vitality because I am warm. I love the feeling of relaxation and peace which floods my body. I love how being so warm reduces my hunger. I love the warmth of the fresh air which I can breathe deep into my lungs.
I am also grateful for all the opportunities to travel to warm, lush tropical environments that are coming to me in 2007! I appreciate the feeling of humidity, the warm pulse of the sun on my skin and the feeling of being slightly sweating from this environment. I love that I can just walk around in my bikini and still feel warm and at times hot. I love how my whole body glows with rejeuvination from the warmth.
